Educational Qualification

  • Most Subjects (Hindi, English, Economics, Sociology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Commerce, History, Psychology, Education, Sanskrit, Urdu, Home Science, Geography, Military Science, Biology, Civics, Philosophy, Agriculture, Agronomy, etc.): Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university AND a B.Ed (Shiksha Snatak) degree from an NCTE-recognised programme.
  • Music – Vocal / Music – Instrumental (Sangeet Gayan/Vadan): Postgraduate degree in Music, or a Bachelor's degree in Music with specialization (vocal/instrumental) plus relevant qualifications, along with a B.Ed.
  • Physical Education (Sharirik Shiksha): Graduate degree AND M.P.Ed (Master's in Physical Education).
  • Painting Arts (Ranjan Kala): High School plus a Diploma in Fine Arts (including drawing) from a government-recognised art institution, AND a B.Ed.
