Rajasthan Board 10th & 12th Exam Form 2026-2027
The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) is all set to commence the online application process for the 10th and 12th board examinations for the academic session 2026-27. The application forms are expected to be available from next month.
This year, RBSE is introducing significant changes, including conducting the 10th board exams twice a year, similar to the CBSE pattern. The supplementary examinations have also been discontinued.
Key Highlights:
- Exam Forms: Online application for 10th and 12th board exams (session 2026-27) will begin next month.
- Two Exams for Class 10: For the first time, Class 10 students will have the opportunity to appear for exams twice.
- No Supplementary Exams: The board has abolished supplementary examinations.
- Re-examination Opportunity: Students unsatisfied with their main exam results will get a chance to reappear for the 10th board exam, similar to CBSE.
- Exam Schedule: The main examinations for Class 10 and Praveshika are proposed for February, and for Class 12 and Varishth Upadhyay in March.
- Application Fee: The examination fee structure is yet to be determined.
- Expected Applicants: Approximately 20 lakh students are expected to apply.
Important Note for Re-examination:
Students reappearing for the Class 10 exam in May must have appeared in at least three subjects during the main examination. Failure to meet this criterion will result in disqualification from the re-examination.
The board is also in the process of signing MOUs with nationalized banks for fee collection.
